Food in Night Market- Chinatown

Do you guys know that there is a night market in Chinatown every Friday? Basically, it's a multi-cultural community market that has been very popular with the City locals and is now rapidly becoming a point of attraction in Sydney.

What I'm gonna talk about today is the food in night market. There are many types of food including Chinese, Japanese, and other countries' food.

The First store I want to talk about is the Chinese dumpling sotre- it got many kinds of steamed dumplings and sumai, different colors and smell. My favourite snacks are Shrimp Dumplings and Steamed Crab Dumplings. Dumplings are originated from China, made with plain flour and sometimes with the addition of prown or crab or other flavors. Dumplings is cooked by steaming or deep-frying instead of boiling. It's a way to keep the original taste.

Another store that I took into consideration is a Japanese Teriyaki  meatballs store. It's different from other sotres because you can see the whole process of making the meatballs. It's really funny to see what they were doing, the tool they use is like a screw driver,  kept rolling the meatballs up and down. There are four kinds of meatballs- prown, crab, squid and vege. Personally, I recommend prown and squid, taste really good.

If you want to eat snacks and experience different food style, Night Market is really a good choice!!!
